Hello! This week, I have been kinda busier than usual, I wasn't able to spend much time sketching, drawing and painting. I ended up doing 20 - 30  minute sketches most evenings, Although I wasn't happy with most of them, here are probably the best I got done. 

I probably enjoyed the terrapin painting the most, trying to get some semblance of the patterns on his skin. His shell was difficult to add shape to, as it was very dark, nearly black, with only a few lighter areas.

 The flower was interesting to do, as I decided to not use any outline like sketch, only colours blended together with each other to try get the shape and depth into the image.

 The smug faced satyr is a character from the game, Dota 2, called Rikimaru. He is probably one of the more annoying heroes in the game, in my opinion anyway! I tried drawing him in a cartoony style, with a thick black outline. 

I probably spent twice as long on this piece. This guy is also from Dota 2, a pointy headed alien general called Ish'kafel, or more commonly called Dark Seer. He was very interesting to sketch, but I had a lot of issues trying to get his legs to look right, I finally decided to just adjust the framing of the image. I drew him in similar way to to Rikimaru, as discussed earlier.
