Hello, been a while, I've been busy the last while, hence the lack of content. I haven't gotten around to finishing anything worth showing to you! I did these pieces last semester during my free time, messing around in Photoshop.
Above, I started out drawing a cartoon face, which you can still see the jawline of beneath the iris. after giving up on that, I started experimenting with all the brushes, and brush types available, similarly, with the colours and shading, I was mostly trying to see what was possible in the program. I probably spent 30-45 minutes on this piece. I enjoyed making it, and not having a clue what I was doing!
the above, thing, is the result of me finding out about the liquify tool, which distorts your image, by letting you drag areas of it around. I went over the top, totally destroying the original image of I do not know what, but resulted in this, which I added colour to it to liven it up. this this probably took 20 minutes of messing around in the liquify window to get finished.
And finally, here is something I drew up last week, after originally trying just to draw a skull. suddenly he grew a neck, pauldrons, mail and a sword. I could have spent a lot longer on this, trying to get the lighting right, and making the sword stand out a lot more.
Thats all for now, hope you enjoyed what I had to show!
